Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the PDF Work Android app handles your documents, app data, and advertising data.
Documents and images
PDF Work reads only the documents and images you choose through Android's file picker or share flow. Reading, merging, splitting, and creating PDFs happen on your device. We do not upload those files to a PDF processing server.
The app may save PDFs you create on your device and keep local entries for recent files and task history. Your selected source files remain in their original locations unless you choose to change them outside the app.
Information stored on your device
PDF Work stores app preferences, recent file references, and task history locally. You can remove history entries in the app. Android's app settings can clear the remaining app data, and uninstalling the app removes its private app data. PDFs you saved outside the app's private storage may remain until you delete them yourself.
Advertising and consent
The app uses Google AdMob to display ads. Google's advertising services may collect or process data such as device or advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from network data, app interactions, diagnostics, and information needed for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. This data is handled under Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob's privacy guidance.
Where required, the app asks for your advertising choices before requesting ads. If privacy options are available for your region, you can reopen them from the app's Settings screen. Advertising may require an internet connection; the PDF processing features work locally.
Sharing and permissions
When you choose to share or open a PDF in another app, Android gives that app access to the selected file. PDF Work uses internet access for advertising and consent services. It does not require an account to use its PDF tools.
Children
PDF Work is a general-audience utility and is not designed specifically for children.
